During our 3 months together, we’ll create a custom plan made just for you and your specific needs and goals. This will include:
- Introduction sessionOn this session we will identify your main complaints, your life style, nutrition and set the goals need to be achieved.
- Intake SessionAn in-depth consultation where we explore your health history, goals and concerns, lifestyle, diet, and any symptoms you’re having based on a comprehensive intake form.
