Over the past 15 years, I have lived in five different countries: Russia, Italy, Thailand, Spain, and I’m currently living and studying Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Netherlands.
Over my years of living abroad, I was challenged with several health issues, such as hormonal imbalances, severe PMS, acne, weight gain and lack of energy. I tried everything to heal my symptoms conventionally, yet I felt lost and frustrated at the end. My symptoms would keep coming back, and I was relying on pharmaceutical medication that I knew were just band-aids.
After becoming an integrative nutrition coach and taking a holistic “food as medicine” approach to my own health, I was able to overcome my digestive and hormonal health issues successfully and bring my body and mind back into balance.
I am fortunate that life opportunities in each corner have allowed me to pick up valuable treasures, develop innovative skills and gain different perspectives on life.
This has brought me to the conclusion that a specialized approach to integrative healing which bridges the therapeutic traditions of East and West will result in a unique interconnected system of longevity and abundance.
